Common Lore

A fast-paced fusion of theatre, spoken word, projections and live electronic music, performed by one young woman (and her mobile phone)! Fairy Tales and modern life collided in this performance for young people, which toured to libraries, schools and theatre spaces.
Written and performed by Sophia Hatfield and produced by Stute Theatre and Filament Projects, ’Common Lore’ won ‘Breakthrough Performance of the Year’ at the 2019 Rural Touring Awards and was nominated for ‘Collaboration of the Year’ at the 2018 Rural Touring awards.
